Concierge Kids LV does not bill insurance for services. Membership fees cover your pediatric care directly. However, you may still use your insurance for labs, prescriptions, imaging, or specialist referrals.

For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Concierge Kids LV is designed for ongoing care, sick visits, and preventive health needs — not medical emergencies.

Yes. Membership with Concierge Kids LV does not limit your ability to use urgent care, specialists, or hospital services. We’ll help coordinate care if your child needs additional medical support.

Yes! Virtual visits are available when appropriate. If your child needs an in-person exam, we’ll make arrangements for a same or next-day appointment.
